Crystal grew up knowing she wanted to work with animals. She graduated from the Veterinary Medical Assistant program at NAIT 2007, and has worked in small animal clinics since, including 6 years in an emergency practice. She joined the team at Erin Ridge as a Client Service Representative in September of 2017. She loves helping clients and their pets, and ensuring they receive the care they need. 

Crystal spends her time outside of work with her wonderful husband, their 4 children, their 2 cats and 2 dogs.
