Nutrition Counseling

We are happy to offer nutritional counselling at Erin Ridge Veterinary Centre. You may be looking for information on preventing or managing obesity in your pet. This is an issue we commonly encounter and is dangerous because it can lead to a higher risk of diabetes, heart disease, or joint problems.

Managing your pet’s nutrition is also an appropriate method to help manage many conditions such as kidney disease, bladder stones, or even allergies (often in conjunction with medicine).  

We are here to educate pet owners on how to get their animals to an appropriate weight, and how to improve their pet’s health through proper nutrition.
